We print on demand — which means your order doesn’t exist until you hit “buy.” That’s part of the charm (and sustainability) of how we operate.

Here’s what to expect:

Once you place your order, it goes into production within 24–72 hours.
We don’t keep stock, and we don’t rush the art. Good things take a little time.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another one when it ships — with a tracking link included.

🌍 Where we ship

We ship worldwide, using Gelato’s global network of local print partners.
Your order is printed and shipped from the location closest to your delivery address — smart, fast, and better for the planet.

⏱️ Estimated delivery times

Note: Remote areas or custom inspections may delay delivery.
Weekends and holidays don’t count as business days (sorry, time-travel not included).

💸 Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the item(s) ordered.
We don’t profit from shipping — but your delivery person might deserve a tip.

📦 Tracking

You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
If you don’t see it, check your spam folder — or send us a message and we’ll re-send it like civilized humans.

📭 Missed deliveries / Returned packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, we can reship it — but you’ll need to cover the re-shipping cost.

🛑 Customs & import fees

Some countries may charge import duties or taxes. These are not included in your order total.
Unfortunately, we can’t control that part — it’s between you and your government.
